All fixtures will be played on artificial surfaces, viz.

PLEASE NOTE:
- The deadline for receipt of entries of 31 January 2012 applies to all potential participants.
- 2011 participants will receive preferential consideration for all sections (Premier, Challenge & Masters).
- Final endorsement of entries will be made by 15 February 2012. Thereafter, deposits will be refunded for squads that cannot be accommodated in any of the Divisions. Deposits are non-refundable for squads that withdraw after this date.
5. Umpiring
Each squad to be accompanied by a graded umpire. If not able to supply an umpire, a fee will be payable per game which will be determined by WP Umpires Association
6. Accommodation

7. Meals & Refreshments
Teams are responsible for their own meals. Food (Halaal) and refreshment vendors will be available at all venues.
Licensed bar facilities will be available at all venues for the duration of the event.
8. Entertainment
Entertainment will be laid on at Hartleyvale Hockey Stadium (Marquee) on Saturday 7 April 2012 on completion of the last fixture. No levied events!
9. Medical
Medical facilities will be available at all venues. A Medical Protocol will be posted at each venue and included in the information pack.
Please ensure that your members, those with medical aid insurance, bring along their medical aid cards, in case of an emergency.

10. Welcome Reception
A reception be held at Hartleyvale on Saturday 7 April at 17h00. Each club must have a minimum of one delegate, but no more than two, in attendance.
11. Briefing & Registration of Squads
A meeting will be held at Hartleyvale Stadium, Observatory, on Friday 6th April at 10h00. All squad officials must attend.
12. Transport:
